Visit East Jutland to experience its busy city centre. However, barely a short distance away lay tempting beaches and lush forests teeming with flora and fauna. South Jutland boasts of fascinating marshlands, canals and also forests and hills. If you are looking for some of the best scenery in Denmark, visit Sealand. Sealand is teeming with tranquil lakes and harbors. When in Sealand make sure you visit Mons Klint, which boasts of spectacular white cliffs and thought by many to be one of Denmark’s biggest attractions. A trip to Knuthenborg should also be made as this is Northern Europe’s biggest Wildlife Park.
The best time to visit Denmark would be in July and August as a lot of Cultural activities take place and the climate is comfortable. If you prefer to visit Denmark when it’s less crowded then go toward the end of August as the weather will still be great but most of the holiday makers would have left.
